When you enter the shopping cart you will notice down the bottom of the page it says "Shipping Rate Calculator". Select your country, and state and then enter your post code. Then click "Calculate Shipping Estimate" and the estimate will appear below and in your cart total as "+ Estimated Shipping".
Daisy & Moose accepts Paypal, Visa and Mastercard (as provided through the Paypal gateway). You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase as you may proceed through our secure checkout as a guest using your Visa or Mastercard.
If you are ordering outside of Australia, you may be charged duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees vary widely across the world. Contact customs for information specific to your country.
We are happy to report that since the conception of Daisy & Moose we have been sending orders within Australia and internationally with little if any problems. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of order should you have any problems.
Daisy & Moose ships all orders via Australia Post, including international shipping. At this point in time we are only able to offer standard shipping rates through our checkout for international customers. Australian customers can, however, choose Express Post shipping at the checkout should you wish to track your order. We recommend checking taxes and additional charges for your international order as Daisy & Moose is not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply. Please confirm fees and regulations with your local customs office.
Online product orders are typically processed and shipped between 2-3 business days, Please email us at email@example.com should you need your order sooner and we will do our best to provide a rush order. We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but from time to time certain items may be on back order. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will inform you promptly via email.
Please note that during super sale periods we ship out all orders in a bulk dispatch at the end of the sale period- Express Post Upgrade service is not available during super sale periods.
Daisy & Moose do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases in accordance to the Australian Consumer Law and our Returns Policy.
In the unlikely case you have received a faulty item we will offer a replacement for that item. If we are unable to offer a replacement for that item we will then issue you a full refund.
High quality goods and happy customers are very important to us here at Daisy & Moose. If you wish to return your purchase due to change of mind we will happily issue a store credit for you to choose your replacement size or items. Goods need to be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, any item returned to us is in a new and unused, saleable condition with the original packaging and labelling intact. Any returns received after this grace period will not be eligible for return. Once the item has been returned we will process your credit note. If your item is deemed faulty then you will be eligible for a refund.
We are not able to refund/credit the original or returns postage, nor any customs duties or sales taxes incurred unless the goods are faulty. We would advise you to send any returns/exchanges via insured and/or registered post as we cannot be responsible for the loss of returned items in the post.
Before sending any item back to Daisy & Moose for a return/exchange, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain return/exchange authority. Please title your email as either 'return authority request' or 'exchange authority request'. Once your request has been received and approved we will notify you via email.
Due to the handmade nature of each garment, fabric print placement varies on each individual piece.
Please read the care instructions on your Daisy & Moose garments carefully as each care label differs depending on the make up of the fabric and style.
Daisy & Moose takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is for the sole purpose of order processing and shipping. Our shop is run on secure servers and includes a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) using the latest, industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information is protected, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. Your credit card details are not stored on this website at all. All credit card transactions are performed via the secure PayPal server. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have concerns regarding paying for your order through our secure server.
If you subscribe to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive news from Daisy & Moose, you can easily opt out by choosing the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter you have received. We promise to only send you the good stuff, like special deals and what new in the Daisy & Moose world. We will not share your email with any third parties.
